How do I get a quote?

We will arrange a suitable date and time with you to come carry out a site visit, we will discuss your goals and requirements then finally we will send you a written quote which is valid for 30 days. ALL QUOTES ARE COMPLETELY FREE!

 

Are you Qualified?

Yes, all staff that work for Absolute Arb Care are NPTC trained.

Are you insured?

We are covered by Arborisk, they are specialist Arboricultural Contractor insurers. We are covered up to £5 million public liability and £10 million employers liability. Proof of insurance can be sent on request.

Do you work weekends?

We can cater for tree services on weekends upon request.

​

Can we keep the logs?

Yes, of course. We can cut the wood from your tree into manageable pieces for you to keep, alternatively we can cut them into rings ready to be split, this may be an additional cost to cover the added time and fuel so just ask.

Where are you based and what area does Absolute Arb Care cover?

We are based just outside of Durham City centre, we cover the North East of England, North Yorkshire, Cumbria, Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.

Do you offer emergency tree services?

Yes, we offer emergency tree services 24hours a day, 365 days of the year. Please call 07718044958 and leave a voicemail as we may not be able to answer straight away, we can empathise with every emergency situation and will do everything we can to get to you as soon as possible to make the situation safe. If we aren't able to help we will pass on contact details of another professional Arb contractor within our network to help you.

 

I am looking for a quote - Roughly how much does tree surgery cost?

Due to the nature of our work we can only give you a price that we are confident to stand by once a site visit has been conducted. There are too many factors involved to consider with tree work to give any sort of ball park figure.
